# 활동지원사는 어떻게 매칭되나요?

좋은 매칭은 성별이나 경력 한두 항목만 맞추는 일이 아닙니다. 필요한 요일과 시간, 이동 거리, 지원 내용과 강도, 의사소통 방식, 반려동물·흡연 등 생활환경, 서로 지켜야 할 경계를 함께 확인해야 합니다.

서초센터는 상담 → 조건 정리 → 후보 확인 → 사전 만남 → 합의 → 초기 적응 확인 순으로 진행합니다. 모든 조건을 완벽히 맞출 수 있다고 약속할 수는 없지만, 맞지 않는 조건을 숨긴 채 연결하지 않습니다.
