# 본인부담금은 얼마인가요?

본인부담금은 급여구간과 소득수준에 따라 달라집니다. 생계·의료급여 수급자는 면제, 차상위계층은 월 20,000원 정액입니다. 그 밖에는 기준중위소득 구간별로 월 한도액의 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%를 부담하되 2026년 상한은 216,200원입니다. 특별지원급여 본인부담금은 면제입니다.

정확한 금액은 결정통지서와 가상계좌 안내를 확인하세요. 익월분은 보통 전월 16일부터 말일 18시까지 납부하면 정기 생성됩니다. 당월 납부에는 별도 생성 일정이 적용됩니다.
