# 활동지원기관을 변경할 수 있나요?

네. 이용자는 제공기관을 선택하고 변경할 수 있습니다. 다만 기존 기관과의 계약 종료, 새 기관과의 계약, 활동지원사 연계, 바우처 시스템 처리 시점이 맞아야 서비스 공백을 줄일 수 있습니다.

현재 기관에 변경 의사를 알리고 계약서상 종료 절차를 확인하세요. 새 기관에는 결정통지서, 표준급여이용계획서와 필요한 정보를 제출합니다. 기존 활동지원사와 계속 근무하려면 당사자와 두 기관의 고용·계약 관계를 별도로 확인해야 하며 자동 승계되는 것은 아닙니다.
