# 장애인활동지원서비스란?

신체적·정신적 사유로 혼자 일상생활과 사회생활을 하기 어려운 장애인에게 활동지원급여를 제공하는 국가 제도입니다. 목적은 보호에 머무르지 않고 자립생활과 사회참여를 돕는 데 있습니다.

급여는 세 종류입니다.

| 종류   | 주요 내용                       |
| ---- | --------------------------- |
| 활동보조 | 신체활동, 가사활동, 이동·사회활동 등       |
| 방문목욕 | 장비를 갖춘 인력이 가정 등을 방문해 목욕 지원  |
| 방문간호 | 의사의 지시서에 따른 간호, 진료 보조, 상담 등 |

활동보조의 가사 지원은 이용자 본인을 위한 청소·세탁·취사입니다. 가족 전체의 가사나 생업을 대신하는 서비스는 아닙니다. 무엇을 어떻게 지원할지는 급여 범위 안에서 이용자와 활동지원사, 기관이 구체적으로 합의합니다.
