# 누가 신청할 수 있나요?

2026년 공식 기준으로 원칙적인 대상은 **6세 이상 65세 미만의 장애인복지법상 등록장애인**입니다. 장애 유형이나 과거 장애등급만으로 결정하지 않으며, 서비스지원 종합조사 결과 종합점수가 42점 이상이면 활동지원급여 구간이 정해집니다.

65세가 되면 노인장기요양보험과의 관계에 따라 적용이 달라질 수 있습니다. 활동지원 이용 중 65세에 도달한 사람, 장기요양에서 등급외 판정을 받은 사람 등은 예외·연계 규정이 있으므로 개별 확인이 필요합니다.

본인뿐 아니라 친족·관계인, 요건을 갖춘 공무원 또는 지정 대리인도 신청할 수 있습니다. 주민등록상 주소지 주민센터에 제출하며 국민연금공단 지사에서 접수를 지원합니다. 복지로 온라인 신청은 신규·갱신 신청에 한합니다.
