# 부정결제는 무엇인가요?

서비스를 제공하지 않았는데 결제하거나, 실제보다 시간을 늘려 결제하거나, 카드를 맡겨 대리·일괄 결제하는 등 사실과 다른 결제를 말합니다. 환수, 자격·기관 제재 또는 수사로 이어질 수 있습니다. 잘못 결제했거나 강요받았다면 숨기지 말고 즉시 기관에 알려 정정 절차를 확인하세요.

수면시간처럼 실제로 서비스가 이루어지지 않는 단순 대기시간은 급여 제공시간으로 인정되지 않습니다. 다만 이용자의 장애상태와 생활환경을 고려해 실질적인 지원이 있었다고 인정되는 경우는 예외이며, 이때는 제공기록지에 그 내용을 남겨야 합니다.
